Together with our Social Media team, you write and post creative content in front of and behind the camera. You are the voice of our social media channels and in charge of interacting with our followers through pictures, videos and texts.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a passion for (and knowledge of) Social Media
• You have first experience in the field of Social Media Marketing or the desire to familiarize yourself with this field
• You enjoy taking photos and uploading content to social media channels
• You can communicate in English (necessary to communicate with the team) & German and/or Italian (to interact with our partners)

YOUR TASKS

• Plan digital and local events, including: concept, partners, briefings & materials, logistics, outreach
• Contact possible event partners (together with our Partnership Team)
• Prepare briefings and materials for partners and guests
• Take care of advertisement and outreach via our channels (together with press and social media teams), event platforms (Eventbrite, Meetup, etc) and local online and offline networks
• Support partners throughout the planning phase and/or during the event
• For digital events: organize video meetings and streaming
• For on-site events in your location: get permission for events on public properties (e.g. cleanups), organize logistics (e.g. seats and microphones for panels, bags for cleanups etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

• You enjoy organising stuff and/or contacting people
• You are comfortable communicating in English (necessary to communicate with the team) & German and/or Italian (to interact with event partners)
• You can invest approx. two hours per week from now until mid August, but we are happy for shorter availabilities as long as they are communicated transparently with the team
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of digital events and streaming services
• Nice-to-have: willingness to moderate panels or other events if you have the possibility to be on-site
